Introducing Likesha Tillman: Senior Research & Compliance Administrator at CO-WY Climate Resilience Engine
CO-WY Climate Resilience Engine announces the hiring of Likesha Tillman as the new Senior Research & Compliance Administrator. Tillman brings extensive experience in leadership coaching, development, and research administration, aligning with the mission to advance climate resilience.
Tillman’s career began in administration and expanded through roles such as Business Consultant, Executive Administrator, Program Director, Organizational and Leadership Development Director, Certified Executive Coach, and Research Administrator. Her expertise in leadership coaching and development, combined with over 15 years in research administration, has prepared her to excel in this new role.
Throughout her career, Tillman has worked with community leaders, city and county officials, and faith-based organizations, empowering diverse groups on personal and professional levels. At 14, she founded “W.O.V.E.N – Women of Virtue Elevating and Nurturing,” a mentorship program for young women, which evolved into “Always a Lady,” focusing on personal and professional development for women.

Drawn by the team’s passion and commitment, Tillman aims to make a significant impact at CO-WY Climate Resilience Engine. Tillman plans to support the Engine’s efforts in providing economic benefits to distressed communities by fostering support in the preparation, submission, and management of funding opportunities.
